Purpose of the role

You are the first point of contact for our colleagues when it comes to IT questions. Your goal is to keep everyone productive by solving technical issues efficiently, providing clear guidance, and ensuring a smooth IT experience across the company.

The position can be based either at our office in Karlsruhe or in Ravensburg.

Key tasks:

  • Provide 1st & 2nd level IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
  • Support users with Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Exchange, Entra ID and SharePoint.
  • Handle and prioritize support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex cases when needed.
  • Set up and configure laptops, accounts, printers, and other IT equipment for new and existing employees.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring users are ready to work from day one.
  • Document solutions and keep our internal knowledge base up to date to help the whole team work smarter.

Qualifications:

  • Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g. Fachinformatiker) and ideally 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT support.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems and strong motivation to learn and grow your technical skills.
  • First experience with Microsoft 365 and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • A service-oriented mindset, clear communication, and enjoyment in helping others.
  • Very good German and English skills; willingness for occasional travel within Germany.
